The story
We saw the same problem at every Agri business and agro NGO we visited.
Agri businesses and agro NGOs were making critical decisions — about interventions, harvests, resource allocation — based on reports written days after a field visit. By the time a problem appeared in a spreadsheet, the cost of acting on it had already doubled.
Computer vision had advanced to the point where it could read crop conditions from a mobile phone photo. But no one had built the operational layer that turned that computer vision capability into something Agri businesses and agro NGOs could actually use on Monday morning.

Our architecture runs a hybrid stack across Azure and AWS to guarantee 99.9% uptime. Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) manages the frontend and orchestration, while AWS EC2 instances powered by NVIDIA GPUs handle the massive inference load of processing over 300,000 high-resolution crop images monthly.
AI Image Processing & Machine Learning
AI is the heavy-lifting engine of Primewy. Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Document Intelligence actively ingest 600,000+ pages and raw field photos, instantly extracting disease indicators and maturity scores. The models run continuously, scoring 600+ images per hour during harvest spikes.
Storage & Secrets
Azure Blob Storage provides per-tenant isolated containers for terabytes of field evidence, encrypted at rest and in transit. Azure Key Vault ensures all API keys, connection strings, and certificates are securely managed away from the application code.
Identity & Security Operations
We use Microsoft Entra ID with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure strict data separation. Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Azure Private Link maintain a secure, immutable audit trail for every operational decision made on the platform.
