How is a "field" defined for billing purposes?
A field is a distinct managed cultivation unit — a plot, block, or parcel that your team monitors and reports on individually. If your operation refers to these as "blocks" or "parcels", the mapping is straightforward and we work through it with you during onboarding.
Can we start on Starter and move to Growth?
Yes. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You are never locked into a tier — Primewy is designed to scale with your operation.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is scoped and quoted based on the number of fields, tenants, required integrations, and implementation support needed. Most enterprise agreements include a fixed annual fee rather than a per-field monthly rate.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Starter and Growth plans are available monthly. Enterprise agreements are typically annual with a structured implementation period included.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your operational data is yours. On request, we provide a full export in standard formats before account closure. We do not retain your data after a clean offboarding.
Do you offer implementation support on all plans?
Starter includes standard self-serve onboarding documentation. Growth includes remote onboarding support. Enterprise includes a dedicated implementation lead for the first 30 days.
