Using Primewy
Primewy provides agricultural operations intelligence tools for organizations managing fields, farms, facilities, and field teams. You agree to use the service lawfully, keep account information accurate, and ensure that people using your account are authorized to do so.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity performed through your organization's account. Please notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Your content
Your organization retains ownership of the information and materials it submits to Primewy. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and secure that content in order to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Intellectual property
Primewy, its software, visual identity, content, and underlying technology are owned by Primewy or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in an agreement with us, no license or ownership is transferred to you.
Service and liability
We work to keep Primewy reliable and useful, but the service is provided subject to applicable agreements and may change as we improve it. Primewy should support operational decisions, not replace professional judgment, safety procedures, or legal and regulatory obligations.
