Model architecture
Purpose-built models for African agricultural conditions.
Generic computer vision models trained on global datasets perform poorly on the crop types, lighting conditions, soil colours, and image quality typical of African Agri business and agro NGO operations. Primewy models are trained and validated specifically for the environments they operate in.
Training data
Models are trained on annotated field imagery collected across Nigerian and West African Agri business environments — cassava, maize, rice, oil palm, cocoa, and mixed subsistence-commercial fields. Ground-truth labels are verified by agronomists, not crowdsourced annotators.
Confidence scoring
Every AI output carries a calibrated confidence score. Low-confidence findings are automatically escalated for human review rather than silently passed downstream — keeping your operational decisions on solid ground.
Continuous improvement
